Here is a list of products I currently use and recommend for my students.
Yoga Mat: I am an Ambassador for Manduka and use their Black Mat which rocks! It is comfortable and helps to keep me from sliding (most of the time)
Yoga Clothes: I am proud to be an ambassador for Tonic and LOVE their clothes because they fit amazing, are made to get through a sweaty Vinyasa class, and EVERYTHING is made in Canada.
Water Bottle:
I love my new lifefactory water bottle! It is glass, BPA free,
dishwasher safe AND has a wide enough mouth to put ice cubes or lemon
slices inside! And, of course eliminates using all of those plastic
bottles!
